Dina Mark's passion has always been to empower children and teens to live their best life.
Dina is a national board certified counselor and a licensed school counselor and teacher with over twenty years of experience working with children and families in a broad range of academic, professional, and volunteer settings. Dina specializes in social-emotional learning for children and teens as well as workshops for parents. Areas of focus include stress management, anxiety reduction, social skills, bullying and aggression, emotional regulation, executive functioning, personal strength and empowerment, self-esteem, positive body image, growth mindset, grief and loss, mindfulness and meditation, impulse control, and more.
Dina earned her B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education in 1997, M.Ed. degree in Elementary Education in 2001, and her M.A. degree in Counseling and Human Services in 2013.
Dina is a military spouse and mom of three children. She enjoys reading, hiking, and travelling.
